Getting service hours can be stressful especially if you end up leaving it to your last year of high school. There are so many clubs and opportunities here at charter that offer service hours for you to obtain. Coral Springs Charter requires their students to obtain a minimum amount 80 service hours in order for them to graduate. After the student has completed their service hour sheet and has turned it into guidance, their service hours will be recorded on to Focus.
Opportunities for service hours in Coral Springs Charter are all around whether its joining a club or helping a teacher there are always different chances for you to get service hours. Clubs like Key Club, Environmental Awareness Club (EAC), and National Honor Society(NHS) are a way for you to gain service hours while also helping out your school.
Other opportunities like assisting a teacher after or before school can always get you a little extra or just the right amount of hours you need. Make sure to check your student E-mail, there are always some E-mails that have information on how you can gain service hours, whether its helping a teacher or information about a club
