This is very beneficial for your body and reduces the risk of obesity. Obesity is very harmful to your body and causes you to develop very high blood pressure and cholesterol. These are both huge risk factors for heart diseases and strokes. Around the world cardiovascular disease was the leading cause of death and took an estimated 20.5 million people’s lives.
