Tame Impala is a world-renowned music project that has five studio albums, two live albums, four extended plays, twenty-eight singles, and multiple collaborations. Australian musician Kevin Parker brought Tame Impala to life. On October 17th, 2025, the first Tame Impala album in five years was released. “Deadbeat” was a major shift in sound for Tame Impala and is now going to be performed all over the world.
Previously, Tame Impala played nine U.S. shows in 2025 for the Deadbeat album. On Instagram, Tame Impala posted a 40-second video with the caption, “Here we go again.” In the video, two tree air fresheners have the names “DJO” and “DOM” on them. Fans immediately recognized that Dominic Fike and Djo, also known as Joe Keery, were opening for the shows.
Djo will be opening the Miami show, and for the rest of the first half of the tour and Dominic Fike will be taking over for the second half. The Miami Deadbeat Tour show will be taking place at Kaseya Center on July 6th and July 7th. Both shows became completely sold out after the general sale that took place at noon on February 20th.
Now, what can you expect from the Deadbeat Tour? During the 2025 tour, the set list was relatively similar each night. The set list consisted of fourteen songs: Apocalypse Dreams, Borderline, Dracula, Loser, Breathe Deeper, Gossip, Elephant, Afterthought, Feels Like We Only Go Backwards, No Reply, Ethereal Connection, Not My World, Let It Happen, and Nangs. Occasionally, Borderline was replaced with The Moment or Endors Toi. Fans speculate that the set list may change or Tame Impala will have different surprise songs.
Because of how diverse Tame Impala’s discography is, there are a variety of outfits that people can wear to the Deadbeat tour. Many fans are opting to wear boots, skirts, colorful tops, and scarves. Other fans have rocked Deadbeat merchandise with denim pants or skirts. The possibilities are endless when it comes to outfits. Kevin Parker himself usually wears casual clothing, like flannels, T-shirts, and denim.
There is so much anticipation surrounding this Tame Impala comeback. People will finally have the answers to all of their questions at the start of the tour. In Porto, Portugal, on April 4th, Kevin Parker will step on stage and kick off the tour.
