March 10th, 2026 marks a very tragic day for Kpop fans. The day one of the biggest boy groups lost one of its members. The day Heeseung left Enhypen.
On this day, all fans woke up to a notification stating "Heeseung will be parting ways with Enhypen, and Enhypen will continue official activities henceforth as a group of six members." Not even 1 hour later, this news was all over social media. Fans were crying, yelling, and filled with so many emotions.
Enhypen debuted as a group of 7 members back in 2020. Since then, they have made countless memories, hit songs, and so many events for the fans to remember, so seeing one of the members leave after committing more than half a decode of his life to this career was very heartbreaking for many people.
Junior Cayden France was absolutely devastated when finding out this news due to the fact that shes been a huge fan for so long and all the memories shes made being a follower of Enhypen.
Not only did fans recieve this news, but fans also recieved a "hand-written" letter from Heeseung himself. In this letter he discusses his feelings about being in Enhypen and how he's sorry for this unexpected turn of events but hopes to make fans happy with his upcoming solo career.
Because of how unexpected this news was, many conspiracy theorists and loving fans have come together to try and figure out more details behind this whole situation. It was reported that Heeseung himself was seen crying and going insane in the Hybe building shortly after this news was released. Not only this, but he was the first member to discuss his excitement for Enhypen's upcoming tour "Blood Saga" which shows that he was originally supposed to be apart of it. Along with this, Heeseung stated that he gets extremely nervous when receiving awards alone because his members are always by his side and have become his family, which leads people to question why he would choose being by himself vs being with people who have seen him grow and help become who he is today. Considering all this information, fans believe becoming a full time solo artist was the decision of the company rather than his own.
Shortly after March 10th, his social media was been deleted, his name has been taken out of songs, and Enhypen had their first performance as 6 members without him. Junior Jordyn Ceinor says that the change is unecessary. She believes that just because he is no longer a member, does not mean he should be completely erased and forgotten. Fans had an awesome time at Enhypens performance in Australia, but fans also said it did not feel the same with there only being 6 members and it will never feel the same as having 7 of them there.
As time goes on, more information on this situation keeps coming out. Protests and Riots are taking place. A protest stating that Heeseung should stay in Enhypen while also managing solo music has reached over 2 million votes.
The future of Enhypen and Heeseung is in the hands of Be:Lift. A now very hated company.
