Paw Print staff turned the cafeteria into a high-stakes gaming hall by hosting Bingo Night that brought together students, faculty, and many city residents. The event, which serves as a key bridge between the school and the local community, saw a record turnout as participants filled the rows available at tables for a chance of winning a prize. Bingo Night was filled with laughter, new friendships, and prizes. The prizes consisted of handmade baskets prepared by Paw Print staff.
The baskets were very thought out and took a lot of effort and time to make. Almost all baskets were filled with candy and coupons/gift cards. Some of those baskets were Jets Pizza, Texas Roadhouse, and Chick-fil-a. But it was not just gift cards and candy: one basket had hair products, and two had free 2025-2026 school yearbooks inside. In addition to the making of the baskets were the bows which were all color coded to add a nice touch.
In addition to the baskets was the actual bingo game. The rounds were separated into five colors yellow, green, purple, blue and the bonus round red. But there’s separate ways to win all you need to do is to make a line, cross, four corners and full house based on the round you are playing. But overall, the game is simple and incredibly fun to play with friends, family etc.
But before the fun begins, there is the setup which was done by the paw print staff and other volunteers. Bingo night was set up with rows of tables with black table clothed. On those tables were coupons for Texas roadhouse, gold decorations, and a cup of pens to cross out the numbers. The guest was served with Texas roadhouse bread rolls, and they could also buy snacks for one dollar.
Overall bingo night was a success for the Paw print staff. It was an event that brought many people together and was very entertaining with a bit of chaos. But it was still a highly successful night and there will be more like this event in the future.
